APME RECRUITMENT LEAD at HCL Technologies

Role - Account Management - BFSI

Experience - 8+ yrs

Location - Sydney

Manage relationship & opportunities at HCLTech's largest banking customer in ANZ region to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Analyze sales/metrics data from the account to help evolve your strategy.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key client stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, value propositions and demonstrations to client stakeholders around HCL Capabilities capabilities.
  • Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to offer strategic insights.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the tech, AI, or solution sales within the Financial Services/Banking domain.
  • Experience on handling business stakeholders in addition to technology stakeholders in sales pursuits
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
  • Experience in sales pursuits with Microsoft , AWS & Digital Native products bundled with services
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze client's needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of direct sales, business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
  • Fields: MBA (Master of Business Administration), Hands on Engineering Roles & Proven interest in new technology . This provides advanced knowledge in business strategies and technical expertise, which are valuable for the role.
