About The Position

Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a part-time Bistro Server to join the team. This role is key to our front of house and back of house operations in our food court, providing outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing outlets.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  2. Assisting with clearing, cleaning, and scullery duties
  3. Operating and balancing tills
  4. Food and beverage preparation
  5. Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed

This position requires availability for split shifts during lunch and dinner, including Fridays, weekends, and weekdays with good availability.

Additional Requirements:

As part of our recruitment process, candidates will undergo due diligence checks such as criminal history, reference checks, and right to work verification. All checks and costs are covered by The Wests Group.

About You

You should be able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Previous experience in catering or fast food is desirable. Strong work ethics, teamwork, interpersonal skills, customer service, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
