**About the position**
Our Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a casual Bistro Server to join the team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our food court. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Grill and New Beijing food outlets. Duties will include:

- Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests
- Assist with clearing, cleaning and scullery
- Operating and balancing of tills
- Food and beverage preparation
- Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.

This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.
This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
**About you**
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. Previous experience in a similar catering operations or the likes of fast food chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills. Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
