Role

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead social editorial planning and publishing, engage with communities one-on-one, and develop innovative ways to activate fans, influencers, and events on social media.

You will create social content strategies and editorial calendars, collaborating with teams across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, and Melbourne to develop creative concepts and design briefs. Your role includes amplifying our work in social media through format planning, implementation, new business initiatives, advising on platform trends, and contributing to industry reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative copywriting and social publishing
  • Engaging with audiences to foster conversations and relationships
  • Managing daily editorial, creative, and strategic plans
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Providing strategic, creative, and commercial insights for planning
  • Researching social tools, platforms, and trends to innovate and experiment
  • Delivering performance reports, tracking, and trend analysis to clients
Requirements
  • Understanding of social media and its impact on brands
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Creative eye for content, both written and visual
  • Creative, strategic, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational, time, and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in various social platforms and tools
