Position: Senior HR Advisor – Gold Mining experience

About the Role:

As a Senior HR Advisor with our client, a leading Gold Minerals Company, you'll focus on office-based tasks such as Resource Management, and legislation based activities, whilst conducting site activities such as investigations, grievances and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coaching and development for employees across all levels including General Manager and Managing Directors
  2. HR reporting requirements
  3. Establish and manage all HR related projects
