We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a fast-paced refurb and fit-out project in South Sydney. You'll be the key point of contact on site, ensuring subcontractors are working efficiently, quality is maintained, and the program stays on track.

This project will be working in a live environment. You'll need to manage works while minimising disruption to surrounding business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors
  • Enforce safety compliance and site cleanliness
  • Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Liaise with the PM and client teams on progress and any site issues
  • Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to spec

Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects
  • Trade background or construction qualification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to run a tight, well-organised site
  • White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
