About the Role
Symal Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive operational alignment and content consistency across our business. Your Every Day
  • Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to optimize key processes, ensuring operational alignment and content consistency.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements related to operations.
  • Develop frameworks for business improvement, including project documentation and change management materials.
  • Manage the lifecycle of business initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Support transition to IT operations, ensuring comprehensive handover documentation.
  • Collaborate across functions to support business analysis needs.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst on large projects.
  • Ability to create frameworks, processes, and prioritization guidelines.
  • Experience with various project delivery methods (e.g., Agile).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven concept development, solution design, and project shaping skills.
  • Broad platform knowledge.
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
