AI Training Facilitator

Location: Australia-based (ideally Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne) | The Melbourne Team have moved into an awesome new office at 180 Flinders Street and work in a Hybrid environment.

At Pathfindr, we help teams reimagine what's possible with AI — then make it stick.

Our AI Accelerators combine real-world tools, practical training, and hands-on support to help organisations embed AI capability at every level. Now, we're looking for facilitators to help us deliver these programs with clarity, energy, and impact.

What this role is really about

This isn't traditional L&D.

We're looking for curious, confident communicators who can translate AI concepts into lightbulb moments for real teams. You'll work with our frameworks, pathways and expert team – then take the lead in shaping and delivering sessions that are engaging, practical, and genuinely useful.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver engaging AI sessions for mid-sized and enterprise clients
  • Tailor learning materials to suit different industries, roles, and AI maturity levels
  • Work with our AI Explorer to bring tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and others to life
  • Develop learning content and practical resources (e.g. toolkits, exercises, cheat sheets)
  • Share updates, best practices, and real-world use cases to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Help champion AI adoption across teams – from first exposure to everyday use

What you'll bring

  • Experience facilitating digital skills, AI adoption, or tech-led change (formal L&D background not required)
  • Confident facilitation style – engaging, inclusive, and outcomes-driven
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools (or the willingness to get hands-on quickly)
  • Ability to design sessions that are both strategic and practical
  • Clear communication style – especially when translating technical concepts into real-world benefits
  • Bonus: experience in agile environments, change enablement, or organisational transformation

  • Teams walk away from your sessions ready to apply what they've learned
  • Clients see real behaviour change and capability uplift
  • Champions are equipped to lead the next wave of AI adoption internally
  • You're helping shape Australia's most respected AI capability team
