Get to know the role

As we continue to expand our menu to more locations, more exciting opportunities to join our EJ family become available. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, able to make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team and develop leadership skills (passionate about juicy chicken cooked on hot charcoal is a bonus). Shift Supervisors are experts in store operations running smoother than you can say Shawarma, ensuring high-quality service and formidable relationships are established and fostered with both customers and your team.

Key EJ responsibilities

  • You're a positive vibe and it's contagious. Bring high energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every shift
  • Be adaptable and a strong team leader in a QSR environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knows how to manage time like a boss

Ideal skills and experience

  • Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry
  • Completed Hospitality Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Completed Food Safety Handling Certification (Preferred)
  • Working to a high level of energy and efficiency
  • Be a favourable team player – just like our menu teams our juicy Chicken Plate perfectly with our flavoursome fresh sides
  • Willingness to follow directions and procedures to align with our values
