We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team and develop leadership skills. Shift Supervisors are experts in store operations, ensuring high-quality service and building strong relationships with customers and your team.

Ideal Skills And Experience

  • Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry
  • Completed Hospitality Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Completed Food Safety Handling Certification (Preferred)
  • Working to a high level of energy and efficiency
  • Be a favourable team player
  • Willingness to follow directions and procedures to align with our values
