Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside support across multiple locations, including troubleshooting, installations, and technical guidance.
  • Monitor and manage end-user tickets, ensuring quick resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of hardware and software inventories.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Develop and implement IT procedures and policies.
  • Assist in user onboarding and training.
  • Participate in ongoing training for emerging technologies.
  • Support data center operations, ensuring system reliability.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, and workstation imaging.
  • Manage end-user devices, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Support data center networks and telephony devices.
  • Handle service requests and high-priority incidents.
  • Manage data backup, restore, and wipe procedures.
  • Communicate updates to clients regarding support activities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 4 years of IT support experience, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in desktop support, Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and device management.
  • Experience with Data Center devices, IMACD operations, and VIP support.
