Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator for a full-time, fixed-term position until December 2026. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. They will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

What you'll do:
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism
  • Work in fast-paced, complex environments independently and collaboratively
  • Focus on continuous enhancement of recruitment and onboarding practices
