About The Role And Team
We have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our national People & Culture team based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Our national People & Culture team includes Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Generalist, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing, Performance & Rewards, and Systems & Reporting.
You will be involved in:- co-ordinating national training including: new starter induction, seasonal clerk, graduate induction, risk & compliance, legal technical, leadership, business skills, soft skills and ad hoc programs;
- co-ordinating facilities, catering, facilitators, materials, course creation in our Learning Management System (Hub), communications, and technology set up for virtual/hybrid training (Teams);
- managing participant lists, attendance records and reporting on training;
- responding to L&D enquiries including managing the L&D inbox and calendars;
- submitting L&D invoices for payment;
- maintaining L&D precedents and induction materials;
- providing guidance on CPD and has oversite of the centralised CPD recording process for Western Australia;
- assisting in the administration and maintenance of Hub content; and
- liaising with external training providers and consultants.
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:- tertiary qualification in human resources, training, education or a related field (desired);
- experience in an administrative support role, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment;
- a strong interest in L&D;
- ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
- strong attention to detail;
- excellent organisation skills;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to work autonomously but engage with a team;
- ability to maintain confidentiality;
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Outlook and Excel); and
- experience using a Learning Management System - Totara or similar.
