What Your Day Will Look Like….

You'll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, engaging directly with children and young people with complex mental health needs, and supporting their families through assessment, case management, and tailored therapeutic interventions. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—whether you're coordinating care plans, mentoring team members, or contributing to service improvement initiatives. You'll rely on your advanced clinical judgment, communication skills, and evidence-based knowledge to help guide young people toward better mental health outcomes, while playing a vital leadership role in shaping a responsive, compassionate service.
