This is a senior clinical role focused on driving quality and safety through evidence-based governance, where your expertise will directly support the delivery of safe, reliable care. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Clinical Governance, you'll lead quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance patient safety and care outcomes. You'll work across systems, teams and standards to embed best practice and drive change. What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be at the centre of clinical governance activity, You will be reviewing systems, guiding teams and translating standards into practice. Whether you're mentoring clinicians, refining protocols, or leading accreditation efforts, your work will be grounded in compassion and collaboration. You'll engage with stakeholders across the service, support education and quality audits, and help shape a culture where dignity, safety and continuous improvement are non-negotiable. Every day, you'll bring clarity, confidence and care to the way health is delivered.
