Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Industrial Designer based in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Industrial Designer will be responsible for leading the design and development of products from concept through to production. Day-to-day tasks include generating concepts, developing prototypes, engineering products, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of products from concept through to production.
  • Generate concepts and develop prototypes.
  • Engineer products and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing suppliers.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Design or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
  • Industrial Design/Product Design skills.
  • Prototyping and product development experience.
  • Aptitude in design thinking and problem-solving.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks experience preferred) and design tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
