Blue Heeler Boots is a proudly Australian-owned company known for our high-quality, iconic brands including Blundstone, Rossi Red Wing and Ringers Western. Our boots are synonymous with craftsmanship, comfort and timeless style. As we expand, we're opening a new store in Westfield North Lakes and are looking for experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Store Assistants to join our team.

About the Roles:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, merchandised, and maintained to a high standard
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Open and close the store
  • Actively contribute to achieving the store's sales and service goals
  • Average of 20 - 40 hours per fortnight

About You:

  • At least 1 year experience as a Retail Assistant (footwear or apparel preferred)
  • Passion for customer service and drive to create a memorable experience
  • An eye for detail and a love of visual merchandising
  • Sales-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and conversion rates
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
