We are growing rapidly, and seeking a Product Manager to support in delivering our ambitious roadmap for our Tours & Cruises team

- Facilitate the development of a product vertical within the LE Ecosystem, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
- Help transform our Tours & Cruises technology to further grow its potential as a profit centre.
- Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Experience of Product Management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- SQL and Excel proficiency preferred
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially-savvy with the ability to talk fluently with leaders about financial concepts
- Demonstrated success in defining metrics to manage excellent products
