Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Facilitate the development of a product vertical within the LE Ecosystem, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
  • Help transform our Tours & Cruises technology to further grow its potential as a profit centre.
  • Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
Qualifications
  • Experience of Product Management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • SQL and Excel proficiency preferred
  • Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially-savvy with the ability to talk fluently with leaders about financial concepts
  • Demonstrated success in defining metrics to manage excellent products
