Shape the Future of AV & Installation Services

At JB Hi-Fi, AV is in our DNA. We've been pioneers in delivering top-tier audio-visual solutions for decades, and we're now seeking a passionate and driven Product Solutions Manager – AV & Installation Services to elevate our Commercial AV & Installation Services to new heights.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the design and delivery of innovative, market-ready AV solutions tailored to Business and Education customers. If you have a strong background in commercial AV, AV integration, and solution design, paired with expertise in product management, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of AV product roadmaps, aligning with both market demands and JB Hi-Fi's strategic goals.
  • Develop and deliver bundled AV solutions and installation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide training, go-to-market support, and sales enablement resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners, ensuring scalable, competitive solutions.
  • Lead strategies to drive the adoption and growth of AV products and installation services.

Qualifications
  • A solid background in Commercial AV, AV Integration, and AV Solution Design is essential.
  • 3+ years in product management within the technology or services industry, with a track record of successfully designing, launching, and managing products or solutions.
  • Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing AV products and services.
  • Strong experience working with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners.
  • Ability to design scalable and competitive AV solutions that meet customer needs.
