About The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the rollout and administration of the Records365 platform at NSW Health Pathology. You'll help drive our transition to smarter, in-place recordkeeping by assisting with platform configuration, records classification automation, and system management. You'll work closely with the Privacy, Right to Information and Records Officer to ensure compliance and support efficient records management across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and system support experience to contribute to a high-impact digital records project. What You'll Be Doing

The Records365 Project Officer provides system administration and support services for NSW Pathology's implementation of RecordPoint's Records365 platform. The role involves a range of administrative tasks to ensure effective platform management in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of recordkeeping principles and practices for digital records under the NSW State Records Act 1998.
  • Experience with retention and disposal authorities to manage corporate records.

  • High level of computer literacy with experience in system administration of records management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
