Due to significant growth, I am recruiting several roles nationally for Occupational Therapists/Rehab Consultants/Exercise Physiologists and Physios with an employer of choice.

As a strong communicator, you will manage case frameworks across a diverse portfolio of clients by providing the link between the injured person, employers, insurance case managers, the treating GP & other allied professionals to set goals, motivate, support, and empower people to return to their pre-injury lives. Collaborative and inclusive, our client's personalised process helps tailor individual outcomes to complex needs by applying innovative thinking, evidence-based approaches, and best practices to match the right people with the right opportunities.

Using your clinical knowledge and skills, you will complete a variety of tasks such as:

  • Develop graduated return plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals.
  • Completing Functional Task Analysis across a wide range of industries and professions.
  • Delivery of effective manual handling training on a situational basis.
  • Activities of daily living assessments.
  • Functional assessments.
  • Write and oversee exercise programs.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, or Physiotherapy with appropriate registrations/memberships.
  • A passion for health and wellbeing, injury prevention, and assisting people recover or return to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage people from all backgrounds.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • A current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role.
