We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant - Ergonomics Essentials.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and delivering exceptional customer care.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant - Ergonomics Essentials, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services that help build better lives through work and health.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Design, implement and monitor programs that support injured employees in returning to the workforce
- Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy
- Strong knowledge of Ergonomics principles and practices
- Willingsness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
