We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant - Ergonomics Essentials.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and delivering exceptional customer care.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant - Ergonomics Essentials, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services that help build better lives through work and health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Design, implement and monitor programs that support injured employees in returning to the workforce
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy
  • Strong knowledge of Ergonomics principles and practices
  • Willingsness to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
