Overview

We're seeking a Team Leader Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne team. Whether you're based in the Inner East, Northern suburbs, West, or anywhere in between, we offer flexibility to work from where you thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of passionate OTs, fostering clinical excellence and wellbeing.
  • Manage a small diverse caseload while providing mentorship, supervision, and guidance.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients with disabilities in line with NDIS standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that brings heart, humour, and humanity to their work.
  • Ensure services are culturally sensitive, person-centred, and aligned with best practice.
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
  • WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous NDIS experience is a bonus

What You Bring
  • Full AHPRA registration
