Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and executing preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
  • Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in handling security screening equipment is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
