Investigations Assistant

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Investigations Assistant for an immediate start, to work within our established team based at our head office in Alexandria. This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry. This position is suitable for applicants seeking a casual role.
Responsibilities- Being the first port of call for all enquiries both internal and external;
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of all matters;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- General insurance investigations support;
- Coordinating meeting room hire and travel bookings;
- Data entry and administration within our database;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; and
- Other administrative support tasks required.

- Provide current police clearance upon commencement;
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
