As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be joining Customer & Corporate Services team in Personal Banking, that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Coordinate the operating rhythm to support lean governance processes and execution of both change and run activities in a Sub-Domain
• Support the 12–18-month roadmap of Business Outcomes and EPICS within your Sub-Domain aligned to the overarching Domain roadmap
• Ensure Progressive Elaboration processes are in place and effectively working with Sub-Domain Leads, Execs Tech, Product Owners, Architects, and RTEs
• Lead Clarity reporting, monthly reporting and assisting with the creation of Executive Packs
• Where required, support Product Owners with the alignment of the delivery of Business Outcomes across Squads and (Sub) Domains
• Backlog Management: Present prioritisation and sequencing to articulate value and establish a clear backlog or work sequence.
• Data Analysis & Communication: Analyse data, identify trends, and communicate insights to support decision-making in complex environments

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst.
• Skilled in creating business cases, process maps, user stories, journey maps, specs, wireframes, testing collateral, and risk/compliance documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing defects and preparing teams for technical releases.
• Proven ability to operate in regulatory environments.

Note: all NAB colleagues are encouraged to have a minimum of 18 months tenure in their current role.
