Senior Brand Manager - FMCG

EHPlabs is on the hunt for a bold, creative, and strategic Senior Brand Manager – Beverage to take our fast-growing FMCG and functional beverage portfolio to the next level. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead end-to-end brand building for one of the most exciting health & wellness brands globally, including our flagship product, OxyShred Energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own brand strategy and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, retail, and media to grow our FMCG beverage portfolio.
  • Lead creative campaign development, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to deliver innovative, insight-driven activations.
  • Manage end-to-end NPD launches, from strategic input to go-to-market execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Drive digital & social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more—ensuring the brand voice is bold, fun, and authentic.
  • Develop influencer, PR, and partnership strategies that boost awareness, credibility, and community engagement.
  • Translate market and consumer insights into actionable strategies that differentiate our products in a fast-paced category.
  • Coach and lead a high-performing team, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, brand health, and market share to senior leadership.

About you:

  • 8+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or health & wellness
  • Proven success in delivering creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive real results
  • Strong experience in social media marketing, influencer programs, and digital-first branding
  • Leadership skills to inspire teams and cross-functional partners
  • Commercial acumen to align marketing with business goals and drive revenue growth
  • Experience with ATL, BTL, and shopper marketing tactics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
