About The Role

Reporting to the Group Investor Relations Manager, this engaging opportunity will be responsible for strategically managing and enhancing both internal and external communications for the Codan Group. This position offers the chance to shape and elevate the Group's communication strategies, driving alignment with corporate goals and ensuring the effective dissemination of important information to internal and external audiences.

Key Experience Will Include

  • Manage external communications, including press releases, media relations, ASX corporate governance and website content, to enhance corporate reputation.
  • Develop and manage engaging content across social media, internal, and external channels, ensuring alignment with Codan's brand and corporate strategy.
  • Oversee internal communications, maintaining platforms such as SharePoint and facilitating global employee engagement.
  • Produce high-quality written materials, including reports, presentations, and corporate communications.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the annual report, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support ESG communications by crafting content that highlights sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility efforts.
