Overview

This is a full-time casual on-site role for a Waterproofing Labourer at Watercoat Waterproofing in Sydney, NSW. The Waterproofing Labourer will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of surfaces, applying waterproofing materials, ensuring all work meets company standards, maintaining clean working environments, and following all safety guidelines and protocols. Day-to-day tasks also include handling and organizing tools and materials, working collaboratively with team members, and reporting to the site supervisor on progress and any issues encountered.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience with surface preparation and application of waterproofing materials
  • Understanding and adherence to safety guidelines and protocols
  • Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in waterproofing
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience in construction; waterproofing experience is a plus
  • Driving license and vehicle required to travel between sites
