Social Media Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team.
The Role:- Manage the end-to-end delivery of social content across multiple client accounts with a heavy sports focus.
- Develop and implement content plans in line with brand priorities and strategies.
- Work closely with creatives, strategists, and account teams to plan and publish organic social content.
- Assist in the development of social-first campaign ideas and always-on content calendars.
- Monitor trends and conversations in sport and social to keep our work culturally relevant.
- Manage paid social campaigns including boosting, targeting, and basic reporting.
- Lead community management including moderation, engagement, and tone of voice development.
- Brief and direct designers, editors, and creators as needed.
- Report on social performance and provide actionable insights.
- 3+ years of experience in a social media role with rights holders, agencies, or brands.
- Client Service and management skills.
- Proven experience running and growing social channels with results to show.
- Experience with both organic and paid social.
- Influencer coordination or creator collaboration.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Sprout, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
