Overview

Men's Family Violence Case Manager (Identified) – Tradewind Australia. Role supports men identified as using or impacted by family violence, promoting healing and change, with a focus on men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Eastern Metropolitan Region (EMR).

Location & Details

Lilydale | Full-Time Contract | Immediate Start

Salary: Level 5 ($100,000 - $105,000 + super + salary packaging)

What You'll Do
  • Deliver culturally informed case management to men from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Provide support to address family violence issues and promote healing.
  • Collaborate with services and stakeholders for holistic client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified.
  • Must meet Requirement 209.
  • Demonstrated experience working in men\'s family violence spaces with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
  • Strong understanding of culturally safe practices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.
