The Role

We are seeking a National Maintenance Contract Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Maintenance Contract team in all set-up and operational aspects of Maintenance Contracts nationally.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Asset Management across HVAC and other Building Services
  • Maintenance Contract setup, Variations and Alterations as needed
  • Maintenance Scheduling and Billing
  • Establishing agreed labour rates & various other customer-based fee structures
  • Engaging specialist Subcontractors
  • Financial contract analysis

The successful applicant will be highly driven, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have at least a basic understanding of asset management.

Key Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interpret instruction & complete tasks as required
  • Intermediate computer skills, with good skill in Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and competent at following up tasks
  • Ability to achieve and self-manage deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Computer literate with MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
