The Role
We are seeking a National Maintenance Contract Administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Maintenance Contract team in all set-up and operational aspects of Maintenance Contracts nationally.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Asset Management across HVAC and other Building Services
- Maintenance Contract setup, Variations and Alterations as needed
- Maintenance Scheduling and Billing
- Establishing agreed labour rates & various other customer-based fee structures
- Engaging specialist Subcontractors
- Financial contract analysis
The successful applicant will be highly driven, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have at least a basic understanding of asset management.
Key Competencies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret instruction & complete tasks as required
- Intermediate computer skills, with good skill in Excel
- High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and competent at following up tasks
- Ability to achieve and self-manage deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Computer literate with MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
