The role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse and Logistics Administrator to join our Value Chain Optimisation team in Inverell. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of our domestic and export logistics operations.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage loadouts, documentation, inventory systems, and customer service functions that support our commitment to excellence across the supply chain.
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Coordinate daily truck bookings and prepare accurate despatch paperwork
- Manage systems including Promptu, Chep, Loscam, 2IC.
- Communicate with warehouse, sales, and coldstore teams effectively
- Handle documentation for domestic/export sales, PRA, RFP and PODs
- Maintain internal systems, enter data, and approve logistics invoices
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with logistics systems (e.g., Promptu, Chep, Loscam)
- A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
