Lancemore Crossley St Hotel is looking for friendly, experienced and well-presented Team Members who will fit into our culture of delivering outstanding customer service. Currently we are looking for a casual position representing the front of house reception team.

Responsibilities- Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
- Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and services available.
- Checks guests in and out of the property accurately and in a timely manner.
- Greets all guests and uses the guest name at all times.
- Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and directions as required.
- Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a professional, friendly manner.
- Informs guests of facilities and services available in the property.
- Sets up guest accounts accurately.
- Reconciles cashier floats at the end of each shift and maintains an accurate float.
- Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts and reservations.
- Communicates with team members on the next shift to ensure continuity of service.
- Communicates guest requests and issues to appropriate departments promptly and efficiently.
- Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
- Maintains cleanliness and presentation of the front desk at all times.
- Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
- Maintains dress and grooming standards at all times.
- Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

- Knowledge of front office administrative duties, including reservations administration, cash handling and reception duties, is a distinct advantage.
- Flexible to mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Proactive and positive with a passion for the hotel/hospitality industry.
