Store Manager

Lead our teams providing customers with a good different experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the store's daily operations, managing and developing your team, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Training, developing, and providing feedback to team members.
- Maintaining store appearance, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Managing stock and inventory to minimize losses.
- Supporting team members on registers, merchandising, and stock management.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Managing resources to meet goals without compromising quality.
- Participating in hiring processes to build a strong team.

- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
