As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations and working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in achieving and exceeding financial objectives, demonstrated strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with the Store Manager in managing the daily operation of the store
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including supervising employees and volunteers, and handling customer complaints
  • Drive to achieve maximum sales performance
  • Demonstrated understanding of KPIs and the needs of the business and the people we serve
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all
  • Support the consistent implementation of store policies and procedures
