Specialist Accounting & Finance Recruiter | Connecting High-Calibre CA/CPA Talent with the Financial Services Industries at TOM

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a high-performing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to financial reporting excellence, and support continuous improvement across systems and processes.

As a key member of the team, you'll:

  • Lead and review month-end close and reconciliations
  • Support statutory and management reporting
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen controls
  • Mentor and collaborate with finance colleagues

About You:

  • 7+ years in financial accounting, ideally within financial services
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
