Join Our Team as a Credit Strategy Analyst

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and credit risk strategy? We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Trade team as a Credit Strategy Analyst.

About the Role

As a Credit Strategy Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our credit risk strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor portfolio performance, analyse credit trends, and implement strategies that mitigate risk and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse credit portfolio performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Deliver regular reports on delinquencies, credit score distributions, and other key metrics.

• Conduct deep dives into credit data to generate actionable insights.

• Support the development and execution of credit risk strategies across products and member segments.

• Collaborate with the Credit team to enhance acquisition, retention, and credit limit strategies.

• Evaluate and test new credit risk models and strategies.

• Monitor emerging risk patterns and recommend strategic adjustments.

• Contribute to proactive risk mitigation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

• Experience with SAS and understanding of credit risk models is desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate insights effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce.
