Hot Black is hiring: Senior Designer – Melbourne

Are you ready to lead bold, boundary-pushing design?

We're on the hunt for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Collingwood studio.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong design voice, proven project management skills, and a passion for mentoring and growing a creative team.

You'll bring 8+ years' experience across commercial workplace and hospitality sectors and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where great ideas and great people come first.

What we're looking for:


• A confident, creative leader with a bold design sensibility


• Sector expertise in workplace + hospitality


• Strong project management and client liaison experience


• Passion for mentoring junior designers and contributing to team culture


• Someone who pushes boundaries and brings big ideas to the table
