We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity in Ormeau, South Queensland, for our QTMP project. We are looking for a Building Site Manager who will be responsible for the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of related building site works, ensuring that project targets are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising and monitoring the day-to-day building package activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plans.
  • Own and communicate the short-term lookahead program for delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure all operations are undertaken in accordance with the limits of authority.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Demonstrable experience in delivering successfully in a similar role.
  • In-depth experience in the building/construction industry
  • Must have proven supervisory experience
  • Outcome-focused and thorough understanding of the factors affecting the end product and result
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality systems
