Job Type: Personal Development Product Consultant | Choose Your Own Hours (Full-time or Part-time)

We're seeking a growth-minded individual with at least 3 years' full-time paid experience in a Coaching, Leadership, Sales, or Marketing role who's looking to align their career with meaningful work. If you're motivated by helping others improve their lives and want more flexibility in how you work, this may be the ideal next step.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Share and represent personal development programs using digital tools and communication strategies.
  • Take part in weekly virtual sessions to stay aligned with brand direction and expand your personal and professional knowledge.
  • Speak with individuals one-on-one who are seeking change in their lives or careers.
  • Commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week with full flexibility on when and where you work.
  • Be part of a values-driven team that fosters progress, inspiration, and support.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You
  • Have 3-5+ years' experience in roles related to coaching, personal growth, marketing, or leadership.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across digital platforms.
  • Are comfortable using Zoom, email tools, and other online systems.
  • Thrive in a flexible setting and enjoy taking initiative.
  • Align with principles of growth, impact, and creating a life with purpose.
  • Are currently based in Australia or New Zealand.
