Role OverviewAs the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will collaborate with team members to meet compliance and operational KPIs, manage maintenance systems, and support facility operations across a distributed portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage outsourced service contracts and ensure quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and project management.
- Conduct inspections, manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors and technicians.
- Monitor quality, handle incident reports, and track issues and projects.
- Maintain high standards in audits and client satisfaction.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support stakeholder communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality service.
- Self-motivated, confident, and a team player.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling stress and ambiguity.
