We are currently partnering with a number of high-quality childcare services across Adelaide who are seeking experienced Room Leaders to join their teams in the following locations:

  • West Lakes
  • Woodcroft
  • Mount Barker
  • Strathalbyn
  • Munno Para
  • Angle Vale

These centres are dedicated to creating warm, nurturing, and engaging environments where both children and educators thrive — and to recognise your hard work, you'll also benefit from the South Australian Government's 10% Workers Retention Grant.

Your role:

As a Room Leader, you will be the heartbeat of your classroom — guiding your team of educators, fostering strong relationships with families, and delivering engaging, play-based programs that meet the needs of every child in your care.

What we're looking for:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent, ACECQA approved) – Essential
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator in an early learning setting
  • A deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for SA, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training
  • Full, unrestricted working rights
