Do you thrive on staying organised, juggling priorities, and delivering great service?

CELA is looking for a Professional Learning Coordinator to help deliver high-quality professional development programs to early education services across Australia.

This is a 2-day/week role (Mon & Tues) perfect for someone who's detail-driven, tech-savvy, and passionate about learning and development.

Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid – 2 days/week. 1 day in office)

Employment Type: Part-Time | 6-Month Contract

What you'll do:

  • Manage training enquiries and prepare accurate quotes
  • Coordinate facilitator bookings and session logistics
  • Maintain CRM records and liaise with internal teams
  • Provide post-session follow-up to ensure a great client experience
  • Business development by contacting members who may benefit from training

What we're looking for:

  • L&D coordination or training admin experience
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of the early childhood education sector
  • Confident using Zoho, ClickUp, Office365, Zoom
  • Purpose-led team and flexible hybrid working
  • Tech allowance + access to CELA resources
  • Make a meaningful impact in early education
