About You
  • You hold a Masters Qualification in Psychology
  • Registered with AHPRA
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
The Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.

  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
