This well-established, Allied Health provider is excited to welcome a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Return-to-Work team. With a focus on quality service provision, you will assist valued clients in achieving positive return to work outcomes.

Your role will see you:

  • Take a holistic approach & apply your skills to assist your client's recovery from injury.
  • Conduct a range of assessments including Functional assessments.
  • Workplace assessments & return to work plans.
  • Case management & reports- liaising with a range of stakeholders.
  • Restoring the functional performance of clients to the highest possible level.
  • High-level customer service and providing clients with a can-do attitude.
  • Account management responsibilities if of interest
  • Return to Work coordination, Injury Management and everything in-between

You will come to the role with the following skills:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA registration, ESSA Membership or ASORC Membership
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
  • High level reporting skills
  • A positive, professional, and friendly manner
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Driver's license & car
