As a Microsoft platform specialist, you'll help shape digital experiences that make a real difference in Justice, Legal, and Public Safety. If you're curious, collaborative, and driven by purpose, this is your opportunity to lead meaningful change.

What You'll Do:
  • Design inclusive, scalable, and secure solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, and Power Platform.
  • Partner with public sector stakeholders to reimagine service delivery and citizen engagement.
  • Lead the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud platforms, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Promote ethical and responsible use of AI in public sector environments.
  • Deliver training, mentoring and leading small teams.
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Contribute to solution strategies and proposals for government clients.
What You Bring:
  • 8+ years in solution architecture, ideally with experience in public sector or mission-driven organisations.
  • Confidence in shaping demonstrations and delivering presentations.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • A strong interest in business process redesign and service improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, human-centred design.
Bonus:
  • Experience with Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows
Preferred Certifications:
  • MB-600: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
  • MB-230: Customer Service Functional Consultant
