As a Microsoft platform specialist, you'll help shape digital experiences that make a real difference in Justice, Legal, and Public Safety. If you're curious, collaborative, and driven by purpose, this is your opportunity to lead meaningful change.
What You'll Do:- Design inclusive, scalable, and secure solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, and Power Platform.
- Partner with public sector stakeholders to reimagine service delivery and citizen engagement.
- Lead the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud platforms, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Promote ethical and responsible use of AI in public sector environments.
- Deliver training, mentoring and leading small teams.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Contribute to solution strategies and proposals for government clients.
- 8+ years in solution architecture, ideally with experience in public sector or mission-driven organisations.
- Confidence in shaping demonstrations and delivering presentations.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, CRM, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- A strong interest in business process redesign and service improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, human-centred design.
- Experience with Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows
