About The Role

At Carrier, technicians are given autonomy to own their work and make a real impact. We are offering opportunities for both general air-conditioning technicians and highly skilled chiller specialists. Experience with split systems, ducted units, or package systems is welcome; interest in large-scale chilled water applications is a plus. Chiller experience is highly regarded but not essential. We value attitude — positivity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Carrier provides extensive training to help you become an expert in chilled water systems and advance your HVAC career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on work with cutting-edge Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS), with access to industry-leading training.
  • Be part of a high-performing, supportive local team that values your contributions.
  • Focus on quality, delivery excellence, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Support sales growth and market expansion, contributing to business success.
  • Provide on-site service, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring equipment performs optimally.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with HVAC systems; chiller experience is a plus.
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, ARCTick License, and a valid Australian driver's license.
