Overview

You will play a key role during the seasonal Christmas period by delivering an exceptional customer experience, applying strong product knowledge, and helping to create a shoppable environment.

What you7ll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.
  • Managing stock movement, optimizing sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor, and setting up the store for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate products based on customer needs.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure the store is a safe place to work and shop.

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to serve multiple customers.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable attitude toward customers.
