Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented ASP.NET Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the ASP.NET framework. You should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and a passion for clean, efficient, and secure code.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and .NET Core
Write clean, scalable code using C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Razor syntax
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and database administrators to build functional and visually appealing applications
Develop and integrate APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality application performance
Work with SQL Server to design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
Maintain documentation for code, features, and processes
Stay up to date with Microsoft development technologies and best practices
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as an ASP.NET Developer or .NET Developer
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Angular, or React) is a plus
Experience working with Visual Studio, Git, and DevOps tools
Understanding of security principles, performance optimization, and responsive design
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and team collaboration skills
